Since I don’t know what a CHF is (a search returns only “congestive heart failure) I’m going to amuse myself imagining you hauling around hundreds of dime store cigar Indians.  It undoubtedly massively inaccurate but my brain likes it.

Ah. You have successfully crushed a minor ludicrous dream.  Likely a net positive.
 Only thing I know about those things is they were the last currency on the planet to stop being backed by gold bullion.  The whole “congestive heart failure” thing could be handy when complaining about exchange rates though.
