About Me

What got me into Tech ?

Spoiler

My Brother, he got me into Tech by giving me my first ever PC when I was 7 y/o in 2009. It was an HP Compaq with some Core2duo with like a 80GB HDD and Windows XP, I mainly used it to Browse the Web to learn a lot about Computers and Tech and to play Super Mario Bros. He showed me LTT on YouTube in 2013 and it also was the first ever Channel I subscribed to shortly after creating my Google account. And specifically this is the Video that he showed me and I got hooked immediately:

So I've been following LTT since 2013 and have been a Member on this awesome Forum since July 8, 2016 now which enabled me to meet a lot of cool people and make some really good friends.

My most favourite Keyboard Shortcuts for Windows/Linux and Firefox are:

Spoiler

WinKey+L to lock the System

WinKey+R to open the "RUN" Box. Most of the time I just use this to open the Calculator app.

WinKey+E to open the File Explorer

WinKey+PRT SC to take a Screenshot

Hold SHIFT and click on system Restart to for example boot into safe mode or get into the BIOS/UEFI. I need to use this to get into the BIOS because my fast boi SSD is just too damn fast to for me to Spam ESC at Startup.

CTRL+R or F5 to reload the page

CTRL+W to close a Tab

CTRL+SHIFT+T to reopen a closed Tab or Window

CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open Task Manager

CTRL+A to select everything in a text field

CTRL+C to copy

CTRL+X to cut

CTRL+V to paste

CTRL+P to print

CTRL+H to open the Browser History

ALT+TAB to tab out of a Game

ALT+F4 to close an application that refuses to close for example when a game freezes.

I always use left WinKey, SHIFT, CTRL and ALT.
