  1. Hi Guys, I have just got my second monitor and am wondering the best way to set it up. Someone suggested to me about connecting the second monitor through the on-board graphics so its not putting as much pressure/usage on my graphics card. Is this a good idea? And also will running two monitors make my temps go up? Just curious, want to learn more! Cheers Guys!
  2. So i should go for the BenQ XL2430T? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00MCX4Q2G/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=
  3. Have you tried going back to the original GPU. If it stops happening once you have reinstalled the old GPU, you can rule out the rest of the computer?
  4. Have you thought about hard-drive? Is it an old one? A friend of mine had the same problem and it turnt out the hard-drive couldn't read a certain write or something and caused the computer to BSOD and then constant restart.
  5. Could it possibly be overheating? Doesn't explain why it would shut down on idle though.
  6. That's what i thought but was not sure. I am not one that wants every game on Ultra but its ok. So do you reckon the BenQ is a good choice? 1080p 144Hz 1ms? Oh and nothing is wrong with normal ones. I've used normal monitors for around 5 years now, just thought it would be nice to upgrade if i can?
  7. Hi guys, I want to buy a new monitor as the one i have now is not a "Gaming" one and its only 60Hz. But i can't decide what would be best to get. I don't really have a budget, but not a ridiculous amount of money pls! I also wanna know if my computer would fully benefit from a 1440p 144Hz monitor. I have... i7 4790k 4.0GHz 16GB 1833MHz RAM DDR3 GTX 970 4GB And if anyone could suggest me a few monitors that would be great. The 1080p one i am looking at is a BenQ XL2430T LED 24 inch Gaming Monitor 144 Hz Thanks in advance!
  8. If you want it for video editing i would suggest a IPS monitor, Im not sure how much this one is in dollars but it shouldn't be more then 200.. Asus VC239H
  9. I have been looking at this monitor for quite sometime and would also like to know, also i heard that there is a firmware v2 upgrade for it, how would i go about updating it if i did buy the monitor?
  10. 19, 20 on the 26th July, Will anyone remember to say Happy Birthday?!!?
