Sorry if this has already been addressed, but can this control 3-pin fans?

Took a quick video so you can understand what I am talking about. You may have to turn your volume up. My phone doesn't pick up the noise too well. At lower fan RPM there is a very audible almost squealing noise coming from the fans. I confirmed this by turning the fans off and it went away. There is nothing that the fan is hitting. Not sure if anyone has any idea what this could be or how I can fix it but any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So just recently it seems as if my onboard audio has gone to shit. The sound has become way louder and more distorted at the same settings as I had previously been using. The sound I am getting is very "tin can" like and positional audio in games such as CS:GO has gone to shit as well. I have tested it with both my Beyerdynamic MMX300's and Steelseries Siberia V2's and both have the same result. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks for any help!

Before, yes but no problems. Currently everything is at stock and has been for a while (before this happened). All cables are properly connected and mobo is getting power at idle (LED's are lighting up). Unfortunately it seems the PSU is dead

It isn't on long enough to display anything. Sometimes it won't turn on at all. It was built a few months ago. Standoffs are all in correctly. Don't have anything to read voltage. No extra mobo. Yes

I am thinking that my power supply is probably dead/dying. My PC used to randomly shut off as if the power went out under any load (idle or gaming), but now it will turn on for a split second and then shut off. My PSU is a Corsair RM650 (I've heard they have been having problems). I Just want to make sure that this is because of the PSU before I go buy a new one. Thanks!

I just wanted to get some opinions before I RMA my current PSU or just buy a different one. My computer will randomly shut down as if it were a power outage (no blue screen). It will happen at complete random times under any load while playing CS:GO, watching youtube or idling at the desktop. Any ideas if it is for sure the PSU? Thanks in advance! PSU is a RM650
