Or does this look good to go? Also, any way to maybe cut down the price without massive performance decrease? (Saving up for a car.)

Sounds dumb, but I had the same problem and it worked for me, close it and run as administrator.

@Jackson, The Computer Dude @QuantumBit A few questions if you don't mind. 1) If I already have 8GB ram, should I get another 8 GB of the same kind or just go with a different kit that's cheaper, 2) What air cooler can I go with? Not a fan of liquid (don't feel like getting into that right now even if it's better). 3) I should overclock this system right?

I have the budget to buy everything I need, but also saving for a car at the same time, so the least it will cost me the better :). (Other than gaming, I'll do slight video editing, nothing too intense). Thank you!!!
