yes its possible, but thunderbolt has some bottlenecking soooo dont put a 1080 ti in the e-gpu slot and you will be ok

remember its a '''console''' killer meaning the pc not the os and the peripherals. OS's can be free and you can find a keyboard and mouse anywhere. its the pc we are trying to compare. and yeah i know the playstation comes with a remote and OS, but since sony is so big, they can probably give them away for free.
