Hi, wondering if anyone can help me at all. Got a 2017 iMac 21.5" running Catalina. The hard drive completely failed so I've replaced it with a 1TB SSD, all is working aside from the USB C ports and I was wondering if anyone had experienced this before? The USB ports work fine outside of the mac OS, I can install the OS through those ports, run other diagnostic software like a portable Windows, memtest etc. but as soon as you boot into the system they don't do anything.

Yeah that's what I was asking, if it would fit. That's annoying, suppose I'll have to buy two sets

Why not? It's just an extension so pin wise it won't make a difference, more just asking if it fits. I can, just it means buying multiple sets

I'm struggling to find any purple cable extensions that come with more than one CPU power cable, can I use one of the PCIe ones to extend the CPU cable?

I'm building a PC for a friend and he wanted a Phanteks case so I got that but the ASUS motheboard only has 2 4 pin RGB headers on it, also the Corsair PSU seems to have the same. I think the 3 pin is 5V vs the 4 pin 12V? Is there any adapter or failing that a standalone RGB hub/controller I can install? Currently cannot find anyway other than replacing the motherboard which we don't want to do with another one.

I got a Corsair 570X which comes included with SP120 RGB which work fine on the controller, I put in 3 HD120 RGB into the same controller but for some reason the 6th header isn't working, I've tried the included controller and the one that comes with the fans. Also the HD fans only light up white, whereas the SP fans have full colour range.

It's not supported due to the BIOS, it should be possible with a custom BIOS I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I have a Gigabyte GTX 780 Windforce GHz Edition and I want to set it so the fans don't turn on until it hit 50C much like the 10 series cards. I downloaded the latest BIOS for it and edited the minimum fan speed from 25% to 0% with Kepler BIOS Tweaker and then flashed it using NVFlash. It took but when I try to set the fan to 0% in MSI Afterburner, NZXT CAM or OC Guru 2 it just stays at 700RPM like it did before. Has anyone had any experience doing this and got it to work?

I really want to upgrade from my GTX 650 because it's getting really old and slacking in a lot of games now!
