Is it a better option to spend extra for onboard wifi and bluetooth or to jut get adapters getting a am4 board preferably b350

A quick check on ebay shows the i7 4770 for about $190 and the i7 4790 for about $220, about the same as a ryzen 5 1400 and mobo. Would it be the best option considering im not gonna be gaming higher than 1080p

I currently have a potato: cpu:g3258 @3.2 gh not OC stock cooler Ram: 4gb kingston hyper x fury Mobo: gigabyte h81 m Power suply: garbage neds to be thrown out Monitor: My 720p 32" tv Hard drive: 500gb pulled from a laptop Had a r9 280x but i placed it on the bed while cleaning a while back *NOOB* with that said i wanna start gaming again and edit some pics, was thinking of getting a ryzen 5 1600 or 1400 if that would be enough and a gtx 1050 ti or better problem is that would be a completely new pc since id need anew mobo and new ram, a friend told me i could try the i5 4460 but im woried about the eiting and upgradability tat would be the cheaper route though. im from jamaica but shop in america and i just need some advice, be mindful of the budget but fits needed its needed i wanna show my friends pc gaming is the way to go not ps4.
