My PC's power cable wasn't very well plugged in as if I pushed my PC too much it would shutdown, so I shut down my PC and pushed the power cable a little bit further with no force at all, then I heard about 15 clicks rapidly from my PSU and now my PC won't turn on. Is this normal, and if my PC is fried, why did my PSU decide to fry my PC for fucking pushing the fucking power cable a bit in? PSU is CX550M

Well it works well with my friends i5 4440 (note: its a lot slower in newer games, like an Ryzen 3 1200), also get the Sapphire RX580, its the better card.

I'm writing as a Tech Enthusiast who enjoys building desktop computers and recently got into building home servers. 
 
Anyways, so there's a market in China which I use called taobao which I can use whilst living in Hong Kong. The interesting part of it is that I am able to find server case that works with a normal ATX power supply and fits perfectly into a server rack. 
The market is pretty big and they own factories that produces all of this different types of cases. Although there's a wide range of selection they are relatively generic but perfect for a home server (you probably store them in a closet or something) as each chassis cost about 30-40USD.

Also why crossfire Vega 56s?!? And I'm not sure I understand the use of a smaller TN panel for video editing... Why not a larger, IPS, and perhaps higher res panel?

Yeah it's good, especially if you have an AMD gpu.
It's TN, but don't let that put you off. I use a TN monitor as my main screen for gaming because I want the 1ms response time.

Btw you might want to use a UPS when you get back. I heard from forum members there that the electricity there isnt stable.

well it's not that much more expensive than the 500GB HDD. but yeah I could just buy a ssd and throw it in there haha.

1070 for 740$???????? you might as well get a 1080ti

although I use fractal cases for watercooling and they tend to be a lot wider a bigger than the nzxt cases. Their newest case (fractal design define r6) is the best case of 2017 imo and looks amazing!
