  1. OK, I found the solution. Appearantly, chrome 73 (came out 12th of march) hijacks the media keys. I just had to disable that, but is not as straight forward as you'd think. You have to load chrome://flags/#hardware-media-key-handling and the have hardware media key handling disabled. Really stupid that google didn't give any notice of this and that it is so hard to fix if you do not know where to go.
  2. A corsair K70 LUX. But I think this is mostly windows related, because nothing changed about my keyboard, not even an update. Also, these kind of things are generally managed by windows.
  3. I'm a big spotify user and very often control it with my keyboard media keys while gaming. Lately, this hasn't worked sadly, because each time I start a youtube video or have something else that can pauze/play/skip, it hijacks my media keys, which makes me having to close all the tabs just to control spotify without a hasle. This also happens with windows media player, but with that program I can at least change which one the media keys control. With chrome (even facebook video's), for example, I can't. I've tried googling for a solution but it gave no usefull results. So my question is: is there any way to keep my media keys fixed on spotify (without taran level of macro's)
  4. In my oppinion, some peripheral reviews would be awesome. There hasn't been one in a long time and I always liked those. (Edit) I got an idea while browsing the forums. Maybe it is already suggested and maybe this isn't the right topic, but I couldnt find anywhere else to post this. The idea is as follows: you could do a kind of idols show where people with awesome builds show of their PC. After the first round where everybody can make a PC to their liking, you restrict them by giving them a budget, making looks matter or only performance. Could be alot of episodes and would be awesome to watch.
  5. Haven't tried that yet, be back in a sec to give you the results.
  6. Hello there, so I just got a new corsair k70 lux keyboard. All well and good, but when I plugged it into my computer and started typing, I noticed someting wierd. Some keys, like the 0, enter, the arrow keys and other keys gave me wierd results when I pressed them. The 0 key gave me a string of random numbers, the enter key started up microsoft onedrive and gave me the source of websites, the down arrow gave me the option window from chrome.... I thought it was driver related, so I installed corsairs CUE. That didn't effect anything though, and it also didn't show why the keys behave this way (no wierd bindings whatsoever). I hope somebody can help me with this! Arlae. p.s. i also wrote that I have this issue in another topic but that wasn't really the same problem so I made this one.
  7. I just got the same keyboard, with a slightly different problem: for some reason random numbers show up when I press 0, the source from a website shows up when I press enter and some other wierd things happen when I press other keys. I already installed the software, but that doesn't solve anything. Can somebody help please!
  8. 1. new headset 2. new phone 3. new keyboard 4. new monitor The keyboard and the monitor aren't that pressing though, I could do a few years more with the ones I have now.
  9. I manually checked for updates, rebooted, then it worked
  10. I've fixed it guys. The problem was that I hadn't updated to the new windows update, so the driver didn't recognize my operating system and started saying it didn't work. Now I updated it, and it works perfectly. Thank you all for the help!
  11. True, but you can ACTUALLY use the HDMI cable, this is just cosmetics
  12. Okay, ran the program, Nvidia stil gives the same error. What did change though is the gpu it is using. It now uses the microsoft basic display adapter (and ofcourse the driver for the intergrated graphics is gone). How to proceed now???
