It's just like the victorian era in britain where children, men and women were punished for little crimes yet those who ran slave trades and rich people got away with large crimes, a boy of 6 was sent to Australia for stealing cutlery and a girl was hanged for picking fruit

Governments keep secrets from the people through the dark web but they cant just give a odinary person the right to privacy, to bad for democracy

Budget I haven't decided but I may be willing to spend up to $2000, and I will probably use the system for programming, running cad programs, networking stuff and I don't play online games

I am soon planning to build a pc, I have a fair experince with troubleshooting and building them but when it comes to choosing parts for personal builds I have a hard time deciding and am new to most of the technical term. Any advice or tips will be helpful. Thanks
