    You need to create a partition in order to access the drive. Go to partition manager and create a new partition.

    hi and welcome to the forums. You should consider getting the 6gb version of the 1060. Also your psu is barely enough to power the system, get a 500w psu.

    alright, so I guess your router is either rerouting traffic or having some kind of level 3 conflict with your modem. You can disable ip routing in your modem or get a switch.

    Get a wired connection, you should not be playing online games over LTE anyway. Even an average DSL connection should give you a much better ping.

    The most important thing about wired vs wireless is that a wired connection is full duplex( it can send and receive data at the same time) and a wireless connection is half duplex( only one at a time). So, even if you had the best ac wireless, it will not perform as good as ethernet.

    Have you tried connecting a pc directly to your modem? It does sound like an ip conflict, not dhcp related, but a routing issue

    you can install win 10 using your win 8.1 key, but you have to make a backup first. Or do as @Energycore said and wait a little while.

    Go to bios> Qfan control > manual control for the desired fan. You have to do the same in the AI Suite since it overrides Bios config as soon at it boots into windows

    just get the cheapest 1060(6gb) you can find. Better performance than gtx 980 and much more efficient.
