    yes it will work. though that cpu will kill the 2080 in terms of performance

    your cpu is going to be bottlenecking your gpu by 40%
    if you haven't got the 2080 yet id advise going for something lower end and a better cpu to have a more balanced approach

    As @tsunoda suggested, the price would be the biggest factor here. Most usage types don't really benefit from running off a SSD and hat includes games (they only have shorter loading times while the FPS and graphics are not affected).

    desktop? if so i would grately advise getting an internal network card, they dont cost much more but offer allot more performance.

    from my experience USB wifi devices are a disaster, and you're much better off getting an internal wifi card that has antennas with a cable so you can aim them properly.
     
    that said... i really dont like to recommend wifi in general unless absolutely necessary.

    this is pretty much the best guaranteed one for range and connection stability, it supports 5GHz so you wont have to worry about speeds either.

    lg g3 is the pnly phone that i know of that meets that description though i cant advise it due to the sheer amount of heat it puts out.
