  1. I usually play all kinds of games of a whole variety but If I had to list the games I played in the past 2 months or so, it would be as follow. GTA Online, call of duty warzone, Steep, civilization 6, NFS Heat, Resident evil 3. Give or take, might have missed one or two
  2. My setup: RYZEN 5 2600X, MSI B450 gaming pro carbon AC, 32gb ddr4-3200 ram, currently have 2 1920x1080 144hz monitors. One is a 24" and other is 31.5". I just recently upgraded my graphics card from a rx580 to a RX 5700xt. My next purchase I want is a one ultrawide monitor replacing my 2 1080p's. Either a 43" or 49" and also better then 1080p. I currently have my eye on the Samsung 49-Inch CRG9 Curved Gaming Monitor Ultrawide 5120 x 1440p 120hz. Will my new graphics card, the 5700xt with the ryzen 5 2600x processer be able to handle it? If not, what other 43" or 49" freesync monitor will do?
  3. I just got a Acer XR342CK 34" Ultra-Wide UHD IPS Free-Sync (AMD Adaptive Sync) Gaming Monitor,3440 x 1440. For now I'm testing it out and seeing if i like it or not. The problem is watching newer movies. Let me explain, each time i watch a older TV show i downloaded (a 2006 year season show) it works perfectly fine. But when ever i watch newer video like the new Power Rangers 2017 movie on either Movies & TV app or on VLC player, it would just sort of do a shutdown/restart about 20 minutes into the video. Playing games is not a problem, it works perfectly fine with games. Its just when im trying to watch something already on my harddrive. Is the problem with the monitor or something with my build? my previous monitor worked perfectly fine and it was AOC - G2460PF 24.0" 1920x1080. Using a FX-8350 cpu sabertooth 990fx r2.0 motherboard Radeon R9 390 8GB Video Card HyperX Fury Black 32gb DDR3-1866 RAM
  4. Rx 580 gpu, Ryzen 7 1700x cpu, ASRock - X370 Taichi Motherboard
  5. The LG 34UC79G-B has freesync, 144hz, 1ms and but at 2560x1080. The Acer XR342CK also has freesync but has a 75hz and 5ms and resolution at 3440x1440. So the one with better HZ and MS or the one with better Resolution?
  6. I mostly game and do light editing but do plan on getting a VR headset in the future. I looked at their list and i might just go for this one i think https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233736
  7. 32gb should be enough. I just wanted to go for 64gb total since thats the limit for that motherboard and this build, ill be keeping it for a long time and want to get the most out of it.
  8. so whats the best solution, so i go for the Dominator® Platinum Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) which is listed instead and just stick with that?

  10. Im planning on getting the ASRock X370 TAICHI and i wanted to put in a CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 32GB (2 x 16GB)(https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233885&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker, LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=) for now and then double it later on if need to. But when i looked at their site for compatibility (http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X370 Taichi/#Memory), it wasn't listed. Can i still put it in or will there be issues since its not listed?
  11. Thanks for the support, I guess it will be worth the sacrifice in hz for 1440. Can't wait for it. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Bogdan17/saved/Ddzcf7
  12. I mostly game all sorts of games. Here's a basic list of what I play, https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561198077186833/?cc=us. I currently have a r9 390 gpu and running on a AOC - G2460PF 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor. I'm planning doing another build with the rx580 and want to get the Acer - XR342CK 34.0" 3440x1440 75Hz Monitor. My question is, is it worth the sacrifice to go from 144hz to 75hz but an increase in resolution and 10" more bigger monitor?
