  1. So recently, my brother wants to build a computer and is actually willing to buy parts off my first computer(specs below). He specifically wants the cpu, motherboard, and ram(possibly psu), so do you guys have any thoughts on what I could get to replace these? I also want to mod it to a possible heaven and hell look; which is will have a combination of red and blue lights to create a light boundary between the top and bottom of the computer. First build specs: Intel 4770k, corsair vengeance 4g 1600 x2 + sniper 2400 x2(Christmas misunderstanding, needed the ram so put it in), Msi gd45 z87 motherboard, Corsair h110 water cooler, MSI Lightning OC 980ti, Samsung 840 Evo 250g, seagate 2t hdd, RAID 850 silver certified psu(a smaller but decent Japanese brand), and a thermal take core v71. Now, the build right now works very well with the 1080p Samsung I want, but I am thinking of getting a 4K display and upgrading my motherboard to an Msi Carbon with a 5820k inside it; as I still want to make use of my h110 for over clocking. The Msi Lightning is already pretty overclocked, might look into water cooling it but the stock cooling solution is already decent so probably not. Might look into painting it a little as there is a small yellow bit which is quite annoying, but the true heaven and hell build concept really comes in for the rgb lighting available to me. The Msi Carbon motherboard and my currently owned fans allow for quite a bit of coloration. The graphics card also has a lighting feature which helps out by adding a little flair. However, I am not sure how i want to light the rest of it: lighting strips, larger LEDs or using the more unconventional lasers? I am also open to pretty much any suggestions such as psu mods and such, will post pictures of what my current rig looks like later but the lighting scheme would be top rightish area( with the front At the right) blue and bottom left area red; with the red going possible put to the back exhaust fan of the core v71.
