i used the rvz01 by silverstone. Its collecting dust right now since i've upgraded. Been too lazy/busy to reinstall the mobo and try and sell it. Silverstones made newer iterations of the case since i got mine but this was the first mITX case i ever saw that could house a full length gpu

    Hello PCNoobie

Usually just putting the system to 'sleep' for a few minutes and waking it up is all that is needed to 'unfreeze' them. Basically this "Frozen" labelling is a feature to stop anyone other than you from Secure Erasing your SSD's, setting a password, or even locking your drive down with ransomware. Easiest way to break the "Frozen" label is boot into Windows(if it's not your OS drive that is frozen) you can do one of a few things, put the drive into hibernate, or power it down completely, or, the last straw, pull the power from the drive while you're in Windows and then reconnect it. It's got something to do with UEFI BIOS and bypassing it, to make the drive usable again. Sometimes your drives will be frozen when you try to use the Secure Erase Utility in the BIOS. It will prompt a restart. After a restart, you can proceed to secure erase them.

Definitely make sure if it's on a cooling loop to drain the coolant. Last thing you need is to send hazardous material through mail without them knowing. Make sure they know 100% of what is in it and make SUUUUURE you know their PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS. I had someone ship a car part, with bubble wrap everywhere, practically crated, secured & they wouldn't cover a broken cam shaft crank because "packing peanuts" weren't in it.

Here is what i would do as i just did this. I took apart my custom loop tubing and drained it. I put a thick strong piece of Styrofoam from the cases packaging and put that under the gpu so it cant bend and crack the PCB easily. Alternatively you can just take out the GPU. As for everything else you should be generally safe but you can put stuff like air pocket pack stuff, a ton of bubble wrap, etc. i would ship it in your box from the case.
