So i have been haveing random shutdowns recently. Might have something to do with me getting a rift s and getting more ram and an SSD. Specs are as follows: CPU: intel i5 - 6600k (was overclocked to 4.4Ghz but is now on stock and still is having shutdowns.) Motherboard: gigabyte z170 gaming k3 RAM: 4x 8gb DDR4 2133 GPU: GTX 1070 Storage: 1x 5400RPM HDD, 1x 7200 RPM HDD, 1x 120GB SSD PSU: Cooler Master B600 Ver.2 (80plus white)

So for a program that i need to make thats due in a few hours i need to add ascii files and add a .txt file to the xcode project to make it a passable assignment. i cant find anyhwere how i am supposed to do this and it was never shown in class or in our workbook. please help?

would i have to use bootcamp to make a bootable usb? is there no way to do it through macos?
