use a different system and download some nuking anti virus and anti malware scans. here are some recomendations that i use to destroy buggers like these. no clue to the actual name though.

how is it retarded that they have to get a license? this is the kind of law you would see in the north america and europe too. i mean just look at the USA banning it to buy cars directly from factory just to keep the car salesman business alive. i agree that some laws in the middle east are weird, but its not like we don't have that much less weird laws imo.

You should add something to the OP stating that users shouldn't try calling 911 or equivalent just to see if it works. Tying up those lines isn't a joke.
 
Seems like there's a few phones that have had this issue as of late. The Asus Zenfone line had similar issues. It's nothing a simple quick patch can't fix, and OnePlus will likely come out with something tomorrow.

It won't. This happens from time to time, all they'll do is release a patch and all will be fine.

I am going to give it 6 months for AMD to clean up drivers and optimize the card before I judge it, we really need competition in the high-end GPU stage.

Why because they didn't cram in as many meaningless names like Intel?  The Intel slide had duplicates and was full of names that had nothing to do with "ecosystem" unless you define it in the broadest possible sense.
