  1. Thanks. Both my drives are GPT and read GUID Partition Table. For some reason, when I click disable CSM support then restart by computer it gets automatically re-enabled again and I am not sure why. I've checked everything and my PC is compatible for secure boot, it's just not enabled I cannot enable it since it doesn't show.
  2. Hi all, I am trying to enable secure boot but I do not have the option in my BIOS whereas others seem to have this. I would appreciate it if anyone could help! I'm just trying to play EA FC 24. Thanks
  3. I should but they do not have everything there hence me just doing it in an excel document.
  4. Here are 2 builds I've made AMD Ryzen 7 1700 & Intel i7 7700k. Now I'm an avid gamer, I do not and will not stream/edit so which one should I go for 7700k or 1700 there's been some controversy between the two chips I'm just looking for guidance - this will be my first build. 5. So I spent a while researching finding the best prices whilst also maintaining my desired red aesthetic, this is the build. I also switched to intel it was only £5 more then the AMD Ryzen 7 1700 counterpart and since I'm a gamer I've decided with Intel. What do you guys think, and can you help me decide on a powerline adapter? Note: The cooler comes free with the motherboard Intel Components £ CPU Intel i7 7700k 295 Cooler CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Red LED - MOBO Gigabyte Z270X-Ultra 135 RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3000MHz 135 SSD SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB 50 HDD Toshiba P300 2TB 60 GPU Gigabyte GTX 1080 Turbo OC 470 CASE NZXT S340 Elite black/red 80 PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 550w G3 80+ Gold 80 1305
  6. Thanks for the help guys. Definitely going for the Ryzen 1700 as it comes with the stock cooler, just realised the 1700x doesn't come with the AMD Wraith Max which is annoying.
  7. As for the motherboard choice, it looks sexy AF and in the future, if I wanted crossfire/SLI I would be able to do it. Also I'm fine with 120GB SSD, for now, I just want to install windows on there and a few other things. PCI-E WiFi was a good shout, I'm going to need that. I may think of switching out the 1700X for 1700 but the 1700X is part of a bundle so they value is good - I will browse a few sites to see what I can save.
  8. What's wrong with Corsair? It's at a very good price ATM.

  10. Not bad – I do think the BenQ is better (it is on ebuyer). BTW do you think 1080p on a 35” display would look bad?
  11. Hey guys, I am deciding on a monitor to purchase and I need help. I am purchasing the monitor for gaming and movies (21:9 Ideal) – productivity is not that important to me I will just be using the monitor for general browsing activities such as YouTube etc…. Currently I am thinking about purchasing the BenQ XR3501 (£390 - ATM). Useful information - Desk is 60cm in depth - GTX 1070 powering the system - 1080/1440p (either resolution is fine) - Prefer 21:9 - Curved display ideal - 27”+ minimum display size - Budget is £400 (UK) I’m confused I don’t have much knowledge this is the first time I will be selecting a monitor HEEELP! Thanks in advance.
  12. The AMP version of the ZOTAC card costs 10 more than the RX 480 Seems one sided with everyone saying ZOTAC thanks for the help guys, I'll wait for a few more replies!
  13. I'll be using windows for the foreseeable future
  14. I can get the standard Gigabyte RX 480 SINGLE FAN for the same price as the Palit GTX 1060 DUAL FAN and for 10 pound less I can get the ZOTAC model also with DUAL FANS what should I do? I'm heavily favouring NVIDIAs offering right now and I will upgrade my GPU in 3 years time from now! What would you guys do? Thanks - Arkain
