Ok, I've poked around some other forums and decided to answer some questions beforehand. Thanks in advance! 1. My modem is an At&t NVG510. 2. It was made 9/11/2013. 3. I have At&t internet basic 3, Which means I should be getting a Max of 3 Mbps. (I know most of the time it won't ever be the max possible speed). 4. I only get 300KBps MAX. 5. I did conduct the speed test with all other devices off of the network. 6. I also conducted the speed test whilst being connected via ethernet. 7. My house was constructed in 1953. The images attached are of the outside and inside of my house. You're probably going to need to explain some things to me. I do have a book, "The creative Homeowner's Ultimate Guide to Wiring". But it doesn't explain some questions I have. I figured going after some forum guidance wouldn't hurt. Thanks, again, Lonny. P.S my backyard is shit I know. Also, I'm confused on what cables I'm able to use. Am I restricted to whatever cable already goes to the pole? What should I do to get better internet? What do I need to buy? Thanks once more!

In the future i may switch to what ever is new and around $400 so please make it future proof. Also i will be buying a hhd in the future 120 is not enough even i know that. This is gunna be my first ever build so thank you all SO much for helping pick the psu and cpu fan.

I just bought the msi Z97S SLI Krait edition motherboard. And im planing to use and SSD with this board. Then i discovered it has an M.2 slot and i figure an M.2 drive will be better and easier to install (Not saying SSD's are hard to install). That being said if i do go with an M.2 drive i want to make an informed purchase. Recommendations are needed and appreciated. Also i may not even go with M.2 if someone gives good reason hint hint M.2SSD or 2.5SSD thread. I used the names of the creators to generalize the question. We dont the the spooky ATi people coming back to life (i have 2 Ati cards in my garage never used if anyone wants em)

But i want the REASON you choose the card you bought from ether company. can you read? title of the post is all you need? did you read the description of the post? If your reason is that you fanboy one or the other than that is perfectly fine for this post.
