I removed it because for some reason my temps were so unstable and fluctuating. For example It kept going from 40 to 56 degrees and jumping back.
I have thermal paste at hand so its not a problem, thanks anyways guys

OP, I had the vg248qe which was great. 1080P 144hz. I upgraded to the pg278q which is 1440p 144hz. Both  are great monitors, though I'm not sure how much they will help with strain.

Just plug it into the headphone out on the back. 7.1 isn't on unless its enabled in software.
 
For the echo, ifs it only in teamspeak, ist probably a software problem.

Definitely get an SSD for your OS and programs most even come with migration utilities just remember not to clone the drive to itself or you'll delete everything. 
 
 

I think your PC is fine as is. An SSD is a good addition, but I wouldn't necessarily call it an upgrade as it will not impact gaming performance, simply day to day usage. Perhaps a better thing would be a new monitor, 144Hz 1440p for example. 

Samsung offers the Samsung Magician program with its SSDs, i have heard it works well 

Get a 120GB Samsung 750 EVO SSD and put your OS and the games you play competitively on it.

I would buy an SSD and then save up for a new GPU
