I like hinjima's list, and to add to it, you can save money if you have a nearby microcenter. They have these bundles going on right now, very good deals.

The only thing that catches my eye is if that LAN Host IP Address is correct. Open CMD, type ipconfig, and where it says ipv4 address (will usually start with 192.168) that is the local IP of YOUR machine that the server is running on and needs to be in that LAN host ip address spot.
 
Not sure if this is the fix but will get rid of some confusion hopefully.

I get that the games new, but I'm using mostly low settings, the drivers that are dubbed compatible, and I have 120+ in vanguard, CW, MW2019, but not MW2...
 
RTX 3060, 32gb ram, ryzen 5 3600x. 
Task manager has both at around 60% usage only... cpu temps haven't gone above 37 even on slight overclock (overkill cooling setup) 3060 hasn't gone above 68deg..
 
Restarted PC and disabled all background activity.

i mean they would theoretically fail earlier... just leave it on auto fan curve.

doesn't really matter... 300hz is fastest refresh rate monitor so it is highly unlikely you have a difference.

EVGA Ftw3 has one of the best coolers for cards, looks nice, and i've had good support with them over the years whether it be PSU, gpu, or even keyboard.

then have them shop at microcenter.  

the x71 is one of my favorite looking cases, if you manage to fill it and make use of its space properly. 
 
My friend has a view 71, and loves it, but that thing is MASSIVE. Thermals aren't an issue because the glass is on risers on every side, its really hard to avoid fingerprints on the glass even when you try to clean it.

the reason these budget and country prompts are to be used is to help us help you... it does no help to anyone to leave them blank. Also use pcpartpicker, it organizes parts way better

Honestly, push back against being the IT guy if you don't know about it. If they insist, then get very detailed job description in writing and reiterate that you are doing this against better judgement. A fortune 500 company should not be relying on un uneducated (in regards to IT) person to lead the IT stuff.

2060 is better than the 3050

if you are planning on switching out the case, at that point, just build it entirely yourself. 5600x and 3060 is a good combo, but with prices going down now you may even be able to get a 3070 or 3070ti if you budget it out right on pcpartpicker with microcenter GPU pricing.

ASUS is dropping 30 series prices by 25% (which is still over MSRP) which may be a ploy before 40 series drops. I'd buy a 3060ti once it hits 500.

Kind of the entire GPU market right now. GDDR5 1030 is your best bet though... if you have a local microcenter that's a good way, or just online on newegg.

I believe AMD has some sort of queue that opens daily, but newegg shuffle is a pretty good way also.
 
If you have a microcenter near you, that is your best bet. Mine has had 3080s consistently in stock, along with 3060tis and 3070tis most of the time.

SWITCHING OUT MOBO AND CPU IS PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD, BUT IT IS ESSENTIALLY "BUILDING AN ENTIRE NEW PC" AS IT HAS JUST ABOUT AS MUCH LABOR TO IT.
THERE IS SOFTWARE TO LOCATE/GIVE YOU YOUR CURRENT WINDOWS KEY TO REUSE. 
I WOULD REALLY JUST DO A FRESH WINDOWS INSTALL TO PREVENT ANY INCOMPATIBILITY ISSUES WITH DRIVERS.

I'm seeing 2 possibilities here
 
1: plastic still on block in between CPU, bad thermal paste application, etc. Those sort of things
 
2: the pump is dead.

16gb is perfectly fine.

well if it doesn't happen on other monitors, could simply be the monitor.

lol ive never seen a legit reputable site have those 'so and so recently purchased' notifications but yea 130$ for a 3070 SCAAAMMM!

They are kinda nearly on par with one another, but I would ride that 970 until it dies... the longer you wait the more of a chance for prices to drop/find one at a decent price.

in your device manager, locate the USB drive (if you need help just unplug and replug and look for what pops up)
then look into its properties and make sure it doesn't have an autoturn off save power kinda thing. windows did that to my bluetooth adapter once for some odd reason.
