  1. More information: Apparently it only happens whenever I launch Battlefront 2...
  2. Hi looking for help with fixing a problem I've been having where my monitors saturation will suddenly increase and will stay at an extremely high level even after powering off. Swapping display ports does solve the issue for awhile but then it reverts and won't be fixed until after I unplug and plug back into a different display port.
  3. hmm yeah I'm mostly looking for a upgrade without replacing the mother board right now. If I replaced the motherboard I'd just go up to 13th gen.
  4. Right now I have a 10700F and I'm looking to upgrade to a 11900k My mother board is a: TUF GAMING B460M-PLUS (WI-FI) Just wondering if this MB needs an update or anything to be compatible with the 11900k.
  5. Okay gotcha, the case is from 2016 and I don't remember the name or anything so I wanted to play it safe with getting a air cooler. I'll do some more research though. If I did get the Liquid Freezer II 420 would I need the bracket you mentioned before?
  6. Yeah just doesn't need any more GPU power. And awesome I was kinda worried about running into ram clearance issues..
  7. Budget (including currency): ideally 1,300$, max 1,500$ (USD) Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3d pointcloud's in autocad, and bluebeam. these workloads are mostly single core. CPU: I9 13900k Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 Mother board: MSI MAG TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 2 x 16 DDR5-6400 CL32 Components that will be carried over: GPU: 1060 6g Storage: 1tb M.2, 4tb Sata SSD PSU: 1200 watt Case: full tower PC partpicker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yZgcFg My concerns mostly involve the clearance of the memory and cooler.
  8. The only purpose is to allow enough time to safely power off.
  9. My house has been losing power for a few minutes once or twice a day. I’ve already lost an SSD to it and I’m looking for a good UPS to hopefully save some components. ideally from best buy
  10. My Fathers PC is currently not working. While we troubleshoot his problem, can we plug in his drives (sata SSD, HDD) into my PC and can he boot off his original drives so he won't need to reinstall/configure any of his applications? Would I risk any data loss for my drives? (1 M.2, 2 sata SSDs in raid)
  11. My current Router (asus RT-N66U B1) is over 10 years old and isn't fast enough and has been cutting out constantly. I'm looking to get a GT-AXE 11000 however I'm slightly concerned about range and of course price as 500 dollars is alot of money. I would want to go with a mesh setup but I'm concerned a 400-500 dollar mesh system would not be as fast as we would need.- and I haven't been able to find one in that price range. If you have any suggestions on where to look that would be greatly appreciated.
  12. Okay thank you! would you happen to have a link to a good tutorial?
