  1. thanks i will go for the ssd then
  2. I do video editing and photo editing that take up a lot of space , in my previous computer i used up 1.2tb out of 1.3 tb usable from my 1tb+500gb HDD setup .space was eaten up by video files and my games(750 gb after installation i keep my games library offline) and i plan to install my os on the ssd or sshd to improve my boot time and as well as my game load time

  4. I will just be using 1SSD and 1HDD , I am sounding like a noob but i dont know if u need raid setup to make these work. Thanks
  5. I am building my first gaming rig and i am very confused whether to buy a SSHD(1tb +8gb nand) + 2tb 7200 rpm HDD or a SSD(250gb) + 2tb 7200 rpm HDD. Having SSD make a significant difference in games or does the SSHD perform the same ? I am more leaned towards the SSHD + HDD setup as it has more storage for the same price and i am on a tight budget. I will be using i5-6600(non-k) chipset, single Nvidia Gtx 1070 card ,B150 Board:- ASRock B150 Thanks
  6. Would having Intel Smart Response Technology , Intel Smart Sound Technology , Intel RST12 for SATA/PCI-E RAID make a difference in gaming ?
  7. I am building my new gaming pc and i was wondering if there will be a real performance differece b/w B150 vs Z170 motherboard as B150 doesnt support things like Intel Smart Response Technology , Intel Smart Sound Technology , Intel RST12 for SATA/PCI-E RAID and does the the price difference of $85 b/w make sense. I will be using i5-6600(non-k) chipset, single Nvidia Gtx 1070 card and will not use more than 1 PCIe port. B150 Board:- ASRock B150 Z170 Board :- Asus Z170 Thanks
  8. UPDATE: the card worked after baking it for about 15 min
  9. Thanks , I guess I will bake the card just like linus did , and hope if it works
  10. I have been facing problem with my computer lately, when i try to boot it up, there are various distortion and lines across the whole screen and when the windows boot animation(WINDOWS 7) completes the computer just crashes and blue screen with error appears.I bought a new DVI cable to change the old DVI cable which was linked to my graphic card(Nvidia GTX 560) thinking it would solve the problem but it didnt solve the problem. Then I switched from the the DVI link from my Graphic card to my onboard graphic(Intel i3-2100) which is a VGA output and the computer works just fine. But i cant use the graphic card. Is there any solution to this problem ? Or is the graphic card useless now or can it be repaired ? Thanks in Advance
