  1. I'm building a pc soon for my younger brother using the 460x. Unfortunately I heard that placing a 280mm radiator on the top will block the ram slots. I'm using the hero viii as the motherboard. The cpu cooler will be the h115i, and I'll be replacing the fan with the SP140 red led fans. The ram I will be using is Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2A2133C13R 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Red. Unfortunately the kraken x62 hasn't arrived yet in my country so I couldn't buy it. Will everything fit or will I have to buy an alternative cpu cooler since it's too big?
  2. I'm going to go for something cheap. Most likely the ad900x. I might consider the msr7. Any tips?
  3. I'm buying an ath-r70x headphone which it runs at 470 ohm. I have the strix raid dlx sound card and I wonder if it can run a beast this well. Another question, I'll be mainly playing overwatch, so how big is the headphone sound stage? Cheers.
  4. Hmm. I might change mics. I found out that the microphone on the retailer I'm purchasing in is a few hundred dollars cheaper on storedj. I checked the official Australian site and it says 999 instead of 664 dollars. I'm fishy, so I might buy a different one of the official site (I think it's official anyway.) I'm deciding between the MK4 OR AT2050. Does any of these need preamp?
  5. I know that but there should no point in saying that. Just stating that you can't compare gpu and cpu for gaming. They do different things. This website is so laggy. For moblie users anyway.
  6. The cpu is used for running and processing your computer. It is not used for gaming. I don't get how you think of that, it is laughable. The i7 replaces your cpu, not your gpu.
  7. Okay, this sound very stupid to most of yalls, but I just bought my AT4050 microphone, waiting for it to be delivered. I should of thought this through. I use the Asus Xonar Essence Stx II and just need to know if I need a preamp. Is the microphone jack in the soundcard good enough so that my microphone delivers the best quality or do I need to spend some extra money on an amp?
  8. No, it's 100hz. I checked the website.
  9. Okay. I will overclock my gpu if I have to. Thanks
  10. 60fps is fine for a game like Rust, but I'm pretty sure that the Predator x34 overclocks to 100hz... Correct me if I'm wrong.
  11. So hey people. I'm going to a new monitor soon. I just need to know how well the 1070 performs on the Predator x34. I'm worried about how it performs on a 3440x1440p screen. The most heavily intense game I play rn is Rust. How much fps should I be getting, and what improvements will I notice with overclocking? How long does it take until it ships internationally? I use PCCASEGEAR to get my stuff.
  12. There's a reason why I said 'R'ust and 'and.'
  13. Ok, I'm probs going to stick with the RMx. I'll just listen on what other people have to say first/
  14. That's good. I was planning to get the Noctua NH-D15, but it doesn't fit my case. I looked at other videos of people building with the case I want at a similar price, and they including the water cooler, so I thought to myself, 'why not?'
  15. Like I said, I play Rust, I don't have any more money to buy and care about other games once I bought my PC
  16. Thanks for the information. I'm not sure about the G2, I heard complaints that the psu was too loud or/and makes weird noises. I'll definitely check the X.
  17. I'm planning to add two 1080's in the future for 4k, but I don't need it now. I play Rust and CSGO, so the 1070 is fine enough for now. I don't want to go on the hassle of buying a new PSU.
  18. Hello, strangers on the internet. I'm a new builder and I am quite satisfied with what I have, but I have seen multiple PSU for a similar price. Currently, I am deciding an RM750w and the Straight Power 10. If you got any other perferences, tell me. I heard that Seasonic and EVGA is a better choice. Is that true? 19. I'm leaning towards the HD8 DJ Headset. I've seen physical stores like JB-HIFI where the headphone is almost $500, but StoresDJ sell for $350. Thoughts? @xtroria @ShadowCaptain @spwath
