I tried to keep it under 1000...but as a fellow Canuck I know it's hard as fuck to do...the rx 480 4gb is 259.99 from newegg.ca when it's in stock... Other than that this should do you well brother.

My friend has a PC he uses to game with an core 2 duo e7500 and a g41 chipset (Don't laugh)
He is trying to update his graphics drivers, on windows 10, but it says he doesn't meet the minimum requirements to install

It's worth waiting for the rx480... Also if the budget allows it I'd use a z170 board just for the added bonus of being able to upgrade down the line to a "k" cpu if you want to oc

Beat me to it with the i3 build lol...I was thinking about a rx 460 for this build too...probably a better choice than a 750ti 

The i7 is probably overkill, i5 6600k would be more than enough. Also you could save some money going with a cheaper z170 mobo. But if it's all within your budget and you like the aesthetics then it'll be a solid build.
