  1. I believe that getting more graphics out of your current hardware is pushing the barriers of it. You should be more interested in getting an i5 before buying more graphically intensive games. Don't forget that it also uses the CPU!
  2. Hey. Try taking a look at the Steam Sales. If you're into racing, take a look at things like DiRT Rally/DiRT 3 and Project Cars. They're really cheap now.
  3. If you are trying to boot from usb, move the usb to a usb 2.0 (black port)
  4. Gumtree, craigslist, whatever. Buy used parts. Watch scrapyard wars, may help
  5. I had an idea. Having a tower cooler upside down, stick the chip & cooler together with thermal compound.
  6. Hi Pogo. I've seen a similar build on YouTube but it was a bit mucky, yet it had some good ideas. One problem i would like to see be overcome is airflow, and cooling. A laptop is small, slow and suited for hence the name being put on your lap. Another thing to look for is space. I don't know about you but having space and cleanliness inside a pc is a MUST and i will always step away from a spec of dust. If it is one of these 'M' GPU's you could possibly use a riser? Cooling that may be odd though. With all due respects, doing this will certainly be a CHALLENGE. Have fun! -C (A.K.A Dawn)
  7. Don't do it. PLEASE dont suffer my pain. It dont work then you try to return it they dont refund then you threaten legal action then they offer partial refund and you OBVIOUSLY refuse it and want a full refund then they take you to court for slander??! Im 13 lol they shouldnt do this to me ;-;
  8. If you had a channel with over 100k subs and maybe millions of viewers they might consider asking you to review an item.
  9. ok. I'm going to think about this just don't send it to a pc repair specialist, then the problem would be your "Firmware"
  10. After reading you saying your gpu hits almost 100 degrees, that may be the problem. Try running it with open side plates/case doors
  11. A laptop is pretty much not sufficient at all for gaming with graphics intensive games. I believe I've found the culprit of this, you might be experiencing motion sickness.
  12. Listen to the beautiful sound of my P6X58D-E's Pwr-Fan function! Voice 006.m4a
  13. This seems to be a persistent problem according to the internet, try all connections and maybe some other cables. Use all video ports and swap them around, and last of all check the video port with some other monitor if you can to see if it is some problem with your monitor.
