i want to know whats the difference between 16 gb of "regular" ram vs 16 gb of "gaming" ram. and if there is a difference is it worth spending the extra money on the gaming ram?

im looking for a single slot gpu for under 100 bucks it can be used from ebay or craigslist im trying to play simple games like call of duty 2,star wars battle front,team fortress 2 and things like that nothing crazy but intergrated just doesnt cut it
