my problem: Launching demanding programs such as a game causes a major lagspike in windows10 to occur. it lasts between 5-10 seconds and freezes almost everything and makes my cursor move very slowly. it also stops sound and lowers the framerate to about 5fps in movies and youtube. this happens to programs regardless of which disk the program is located. this problem didn't happen on windows 8.1, but has been happening ever since i did a clean install (except mediadisks for movies) almost a year ago. once the lagspike is over, the programs functions as expected without issues.
