  1. Nope, France. I just didn't bother to change it since my post is more about the hardware then shops and shopping for it.
  2. Hello! I am building a new PC. I will use it to play a bit (I do not expect high detail levels - playabilty is enough for now. Main titles I am interested in are: The Witcher(s), Cities: Skylines, CS:GO, WatchDogs, TombRider, GTA V(?), Sniper Elite, Skyrim etc - a little of everything ;-) ) ), and for varius kind of development. Linux compatibility is very important for me, however I do not think that there are any issues now (except for few laptops and IIRC Skylake?) I am looking for a build that would give me a good option to expand (aka upgradability) without putting out a lot of money up front. I managed to put together something like this: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($119.54 @ Aquila Technology) Motherboard: ASRock ASRock Z97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card ($368.00 @ 1stWave Technologies) Power Supply: Corsair VS 450W ATX Power Supply Other: Adata SP920 120GB SSD (Purchased) Other: PC Case DIY (Purchased) Other: SilentiumPC Fortis 3 HE1425 ($35.00) Other: GoodRam 8GB 1600MHz Play CL10 ($35.00) Other: ArchLinux (Purchased For $0.00) Total: $493USD In this build I really like the fact I could simply swap G3258 with i7-4970k and be even happier, however I am looking for constructive criticism ;-) Above configuration is reachable for me for exactly 493 USD. I would like not to cross the 500 USD. Oh, and please ignore the lack of storage options in parts listed above. btw. why is there no "preview" option here on LTT forum? :OO
