    Plannin to buy a laptop for around 1 grand, i came across a decision. Getting the macbook air 2015 i7 model or the razer blade stealth laptop base model.

    My laptop is a core i5 2430M with Windows 10 Enterprise and 6GB of DDR3 RAM. On the "system" page, it tells me that i am running 64bit and a 64bit based processor. However I try running my applications and they are on 32bit. It never gave me the options of installing a 64 or a 32bit version of that program. Does anyone have a solution for this?

    So does it mean I can put two 4GB DDR3 RAM in the slot and have no problem even when the manufacture says it only supports up to 8?

    I have a Sony Vaio VPCEG26FX laptop. I have checked the manufacturing page and it said that the maximum amount of memory is 8GB. However, is it possible to add more like past the limit? (For example: 16GB) Thanks for reading

    I have a i7 950 processor with the socket type LGA1366 but i cant find the motherboard for it on amazon and stuff. And by the way Im in Japan. Can anyone help me find one for a good price?
