  1. My two go to distros are Ubuntu w/ GNOME (Because I can't stand Unity), and CentOS. I have used Mint before, it was okay. I still need to give Arch a shot, I hear good things about it.
  2. I hope a developer picks up Clay Fighter and makes a new one. The nostalgia is so real right now!
  3. I really am not a fan of this design... The rounded edges on the back and all around plain style is disappointing.
  4. More than likely MS will try to tie your fingerprint to all the data they collect through Win 10 serving you personalized ads on whatever computer you log into. Seems to follow their new business model nicely anyway. Cool tech, worrisome that its coming from MS
  5. I doubt Samsung would further their losses by dropping the price
  6. Seems like they are really planning far into the future on this one, better early than late though.
  7. The CPSC has only issued the recall of the Note 7, there was another thread posted recently concerning an S7 Edge that did catch fire as well but that has been the only one reported that I have heard about. The article lists that nearly 100 Note 7's have caused injury or damages in the U.S. alone.
  8. The U.S. Government has officially recalled the Note 7 just weeks after the news broke of batteries catching fire. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-switch/wp/2016/09/15/consumer-product-safety-commission-issues-an-official-recall-for-the-galaxy-note-7/?hpid=hp_hp-more-top-stories_switch-galaxyrecall-455pm%3Ahomepage%2Fstory It will be interesting to see how U.S. Officials will handle the situation moving forward, and what action they will take to insure public safety as a result of this decision.
  9. No, not for most games you are right. However for games like Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 I was experiencing major hitching in the frame rates caused by 99% CPU usage to my 60% GPU usage. The 4460 is a good CPU, just a waste of money in hind sight for what I wanted out of it.
  10. I am 100% the same about being good with photoshop and not as good with creative ideas. Normally I do a google search to see what other people came up with and it helps to give me a bit more direction/inspiration.
  11. Here is an idea I threw together http://imgur.com/1H3Vxn0
  12. I just clicked the thread to learn what a glass glob was, carry on.
  13. My two biggest mistakes were: Buying a Gaming Laptop when I should have built a desktop. Choosing a 4460 that I replaced mere months later with a 4790K because it was bottlenecking my 970
  14. I got mine for free as part of a 970 promotion as well, amazon still gave me a $50 refund and I got to keep the game.
