Is YouTube stuttering for anyone else somewhat badly atm, like has it had an update recently or something?

Trying to find how to set up something for multiple consoles>PC (Elgato) and it's stuttering like crazy :|

    Hmm I’ll have to check but I don’t think so. I was dropping frames yesterday though but I did have a website with a bunch of ads and video on it in addition to YouTube.

    @DrMacintosh Ok cool ^_^

    The only site I had open was Facebook in the background but I have it open nearly every day and that plays YouTube with no issues except for tonight which is why I'm assuming there /might/ have been an update o.O. The first couple of minutes play fine but then it stops, buffers, stops, buffers etc etc etc etc.... xD

    Hmmm, you that doesn’t sound normal.

    Yeah at the moment it's not normal but with Fb closed it still buffered a tiny bit, was fine at around 7PM earlier but now it's just buffering starting then buffering as mentioned previously.

    I've had it so that whenever a video is playing everything else stutters on my iPad for a while now, but that's about it.
