I think its the GPU. The Titan isn't working in the RYZEN system but it is working one the Intel system but the Ryzen system also works with any other GPU, just not this specific Titan. 

Simple logic would say that its the Titan. 

AMD systems just have spooky ghosts inside them that make you regret buying them in the future, either way if it is the titan it only doesn't work on ryzen so the solution is simple don't use ryzen

It only doesn't work with Ryzen but the Ryzen system works with other GPUs......It's the Titan. 

I was joking hence the , but in all seriousness it's likely some dumb software issue as he never showed them being the same, so long as it works on the intel rig it isn't really the titan's fault something about the amd rig's software and it's own don't mesh.

@DrMacintosh Not necessarily. That Titan works in the Intel system. If the card was the problem, it shouldn't work in any system. 

Computers are strange beasts at times. lol

But if it only selectively works in one system it does track back to the card tho ?

I dunno if Jay has updated us / found the issue yet but one thing he's said he's gonna try is a different PCI-E Slot which I also had thought at first was a possibility but I didn't say it above , Idk really, could be anything like MEC had similarly said, part of me is thinking its not the GPU as such but then part of me still thinks it is.

Speaking of Jay, going off-topic because why not...  Anyone watched Scrapyard Wars featuring Jay? Currently on EP-3 so far and it is pretty damn good lol

Jay needs to test that card in other systems. If the problem only tracks to that one Ryzen system, then that points to the problem being that system, not the card.
