no idea what 1170 will be released or what performance improvements it will have, get a 1070 or wait for vega. 

I have a phone that is currently working, until that is not the case anymore, I don't care much about phones.

I wanna see the room where that doesnt look out of place...

So if I understand this correctly, this is what happened.
1) Someone accesses Google of underpaying women, demanding to see salary data.
2) Google refuses to give out the salary data.
3) People say that Google's refusal to hand out the salaries of their employees is "blocking media coverage"
 
Am I missing something or is that the story here? If so, the media can fuck off.  They are not entitled to see the salaries of Google employees.

I wonder what evidence they had in order to start the lawsuit to begin with. It is from the DoL so there is probably some truth to the original claim about wage gap. It would be interesting to see how large it is, assuming that the gender gap at Google exists.

That is the motherboard speaker, used to check if the system posts. Only really needed to troubleshoot, you dont need it plugged in. 

Its almost certainly not graphics card related. Might be javascript or flash player if it thinks its on the internet but I'm not sure.

Record your video at the same hz rating as your monitor. So if your at 60 hz (30 fps) then record at 30 fps. The closer they are the better. If that doesnt work, i reccomend OBS, which should record your desktop and whatever you want for free.
Failing that, update your PC to Windows 10 creators update ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 ) Which has a built in window recording software on the windows + G menu. Sorry i cant help more. 

If you have the money then yeah, your computers looks as if it will last a while and RAM base usage is allways increacing so it might help the future proofing.

I hope they dont go back to the blower style cooler for vega. Blower ones sound like airplane engines at full load.

The parts you chose are completely fine. They'll most likely let you do whatever you need to do.

Possibly, if you set the boot drive as the hard drive and none of the data has been lost, it might work. But I might be best to backup and reinstall windows when you get your SSD so windows can optimize for it.
