    I doubt you will find a 480/580 nowadays, but yes it is faster.

    That's a great idea, or similarly having a score multiplier for the older hardware you get, that way its price to performance across time.

    The PC world I went in today had one 1060, 1070, and 1050. The rx470 and 1050ti were sold out. There were some hard drives and SSDs as well. There is usually something, but it's not much.

    Be quiet also make some good looking coolers for fairly cheap budgets but I'm not sure about the performance.

    Could you add a photo? If it looks like text then its allright, most CPU's have text on them.

    Boot from the same hard drive (you might have to do this manually in the BIOS/UEFI) and go into settings then type in activate, then type in the product key. Assuming you have a retail key, as you said you built you computer, everything should be that easy.

    Windows links to the motherboard so changing the motherboard is like changing the entire computer for windows. Depending on the Licence you may have to reactivate windows with the old key or buy a new windows licence. Other than that your components will work fine (providing the motherboard works fine)

    Depending on where the OP lives there may not be an option to go for a 470 as they are all sold out or selling for a higher price than 470s. I've seen 1060s go for £180 where as to get an in stock 470 it's more like £200.

    Depends on the games you will be playing, and whether they value the CPU or GPU to be more important. Have you considered the upper end of ryzen 3 or lower end of ryzen 5?, they seem to offer a good amount of cores and threads for a cheeper price than intel. If you already have the board for example, go with whichever you can afford, as both will work very well.

    A 1070 has a base tdp of 150 watts, the 1600 has a tdp of 65w. 2*150 + 65 = 365. Including peripherals, fans and LEDs this is probably about 500w. Be aware overclocking either will rase the TDP Be aware overclocking either will rase the TDP but 650w should be fine.

    If it only happens in games it sounds like a power supply fault, what power supply do you have?

    No one needs a smartphone, any work which can be done on a smartphone can be done better and quicker on a tablet/laptop. All you need is something that works as a phone.

    Not sure what you were expecting, but I have a nokia 107. It says it has no internal memory, and this is just as advertised, all contacts are saved on the sim card, 4MB of ram and a 128 x 160p display. On the bright side its battery lasts for months when turned off and it survived a bike crash.     I use day theme in the day time, night theme in the night time.

    I use the mouse buttons the wrong way round. For example in CS:GO left click is zoom and right click is fire. I think it comes from when I used to play Minecraft on console where the triggers are different to those on PC, so when I started playing on PC I used the buttons the wrong way round, and it's stuck with me ever since.

    Dont open them, its either spam or a virus. I'm supprised that outlook hasnt auto marked them as spam. Flag them yourself and delete them.
