  1. Recently my PC has been running into some problems, My CPU and Mobo temps are near 100°C and even after recently applying Thermal Paste it is still running hot. What's worse is that my PC is nowing emitting a Loud humming noise and vibration, i suspect it to be a fan possibly but i don't really know.
  2. I checked temps in iCue and they are pretty much the same
  3. yes i feel a slight vibration, i have just ordered new thermal paste and should be here in 2 days.
  4. I don't think they have always been like this, and your theory pretty much lines up with mine, if i remember correctly the last time i applied thermal paste it didn't even really do anything for the temperatures. So this has been addressed before, so the only other thing I can think of is that the fluids have evaporated.
  5. It's been a little while since I've reapplied thermal paste, but i also can't seem to find my old thermal paste tube. =/ The PC was build by me and it's running around 3-4 years now, and no I don't think temps have always been like this but they have been for some time.
  6. The Radiator fans are definitely spinning, I can feel air being intaked from where they are mounted
  7. My PC temps are still running high, even after ordering new Thermal Paste and reapplying. What's worse is now I am hearing a loud humming and vibration coming from my PC. I have no idea what is happening, plez help.
  8. How do i go about updating these drivers? ?
  9. Well... I have been checking my task manager and I do seem to use 100% Memory even on Rocket League ?Hmm... maaybe.
  10. Intel i7-6700k 4GHz Corsair H100i v2 Asus ROG Maximus VIII Hero Alpha G.Skill Ripjaws V series 16GB GeForce GTX 1070 8GB EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650 W 80+ Gold
  11. That's not it, this is easy to tell for me this is Hardware related.
  12. So recently my PC has been having issues, I can browse through google with ease but for some reason now whenever I start up a game no matter what it is, it goes from the normal 144fps down to a steady 60. If I run for instance League of Legends like this for a few games the performance suddenly drops down to a steady 30fps. I'm not exactly sure what is going on, any thoughts? ?
  13. I'm looking for a good video editing software, I'm just starting out and dont know what is good.
  14. I have a deepcool dukase v2 and have no idea how to force this front panel off. I have not found any clip or anything so, I have no clue. I'm trying to install case fans and can't pry this open.
  15. So I have been struggling between a few options for a motherboard and have no idea which is the best option. I have read a lot of reviews on each of the ones I've looked at and even watched a few video reviews. But cannot decide on what mobo to choose for my pc build. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/gJGrm8 These are the motherboards I've been looking at: MSI Z170a Gaming M7 / M5 MSI Z170a Mpower Gaming Titanium Asus Maximus VIII Hero
  16. So for I was going to buy the i7-6700 cpu chip because I plan on using my pc for Video editing, but not the majority. The majority is going to be spent gaming; the rest making videos for twitch, youtube, and editing my own videos. So I'm trying to decide whether I should buy: i5-6600k i7-6700 i7-6700k or other if there is better alternative. Here is my build thus far. I'll just use a screenshot and call it good.
  17. So I just bought a new graphics card the other day and just watched Linus' video on TVs vs Monitors. I'm building my own PC and was planning on just sticking with my 3 year old(ish) 1920x1080 Vizio Smart TV. But now realize that might not be the best option figuring the graphics card I bought is a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming. So I wanna find that will work great with the graphics card I'm running, but still be affordable.
  18. So I was talking with my tech friend the other day about my pc build and it had been brought up that he leaves his PC on everyday. Because we were talking about the graphics card I was buying and how it had it's own cooling system, so I didn't have to worry about turning off my pc. So I asked him, what do you mean? Because I have always turned my pc off whenever I'm not using it, which is usually not very often, only when I have to go to work or bed. He said he keeps it running all the time so as not to ruin any of his components, the only time he ever turns it off is when he has to replace an old part. Is turning off my pc when I'm not using it going to degrade/destroy my parts or should I leave it running all the time?
  19. Won't I need Thermal Compound or something? lol I'm asking a lot of stupid questions, It's just really nerve wrecking I don't want to bomb my whole PC build by messing one thing up >~< ya know?
