Recently my PC has been running into some problems, My CPU and Mobo temps are near 100°C and even after recently applying Thermal Paste it is still running hot. What's worse is that my PC is nowing emitting a Loud humming noise and vibration, i suspect it to be a fan possibly but i don't really know.

I checked temps in iCue and they are pretty much the same

yes i feel a slight vibration, i have just ordered new thermal paste and should be here in 2 days.

I don't think they have always been like this, and your theory pretty much lines up with mine, if i remember correctly the last time i applied thermal paste it didn't even really do anything for the temperatures. So this has been addressed before, so the only other thing I can think of is that the fluids have evaporated.

It's been a little while since I've reapplied thermal paste, but i also can't seem to find my old thermal paste tube. =/ The PC was build by me and it's running around 3-4 years now, and no I don't think temps have always been like this but they have been for some time.

The Radiator fans are definitely spinning, I can feel air being intaked from where they are mounted

That's not it, this is easy to tell for me this is Hardware related.

So recently my PC has been having issues, I can browse through google with ease but for some reason now whenever I start up a game no matter what it is, it goes from the normal 144fps down to a steady 60. If I run for instance League of Legends like this for a few games the performance suddenly drops down to a steady 30fps. I'm not exactly sure what is going on, any thoughts? ?

I'm looking for a good video editing software, I'm just starting out and dont know what is good.
