Hey All! DarthPotato here again.
I currently own the HP Envy 700-216 PC and wanted to upgrade it. Not just the GPU as most people do. I want to upgrade the PSU, Motherboard, GPU, CPU and possibly get an All-In-One Water cooler. My main concerns are if the GPU will fit in the case, and the watercooler. If anyone can tell me if the PSU will fit as well, that would be greatly appreciated.
I have two plans, either budget or mid-level, and I will be posting both of the ideal specs that I want here.
Budget:
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33
PSU: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0 Video Card
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Mid-Level:
CPU: Intel i5 6600k
Motherboard: ASrock B150m Pro4
PSU: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
GPU: Asus Radeon R9 380
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM/Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black (2x4GB)
I also wanted to know which setup is the future proof one.
Thanks Again To Anyone Who Sees This!
