That could work but I would recommend a EVGA SuperNova 650GS 80+ Gold. It is also fully modular and has a nice eco fan mode and just a great PSU in general, it is 20$ more expensive but that is the PSU I own and I love it. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438048

I would definitely wait for the GTX 1080 if I where you. It wont be long before it's release and will retail for the same price as the 980ti. Not to mention it will be a far better card. As for the PSU, you're not going to need 1200w for a single card. 600W will do you just fine. A couple that I would recommend would be either the SeaSonic 650 G-series, or the  650w EVGA SuperNova G2. Both have great scores on jonnyguru.com (which is a site you should always check before choosing a power supply). Hope this helps.

      Cra7yChicken412

I appreciate your opinion about the 1080 but I rather stick with the 980 TI And besides once the first generation of the 1080 comes out Many and many other companies will start making their own 1080 models and those models will be other more better more relaxed compared to the first-generation 1080 drop this card I believe that know what I mean

but power supply okay i will go down to a 600w :)

The PSU will definitely work but is way overkill. On maximum load you'd be looking at around ~450w. Maybe look for a good (At least 80+ silver) 650w+ psu from a reputable brand such as seasonic, evga, xfx etc.

      Hope that helps.
