    Pick one with bios flashback if you don't have an am4 cpu or  the store you buy from doesn't offer a "flash latest bios" option or you have no friends with am4 cpus.
     
    pick one with 2+ green checkmarks n vrm section (2 means good enough for up to 8 core incl. overclocking, 3 means 12 core, 4 means 16 core ... orange means it works but a bit extra cooling on vrm area recommended)

    I've encountered this problem myself. It knows your using a nexus as it is set as your devices name. I don't think your phone is infected it's probably just a website you've left open that has ads on them which sometimes tends to force the website into your browser. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Just to be safe, download AVG anti virus (if you don't have any other antivirus) and run a system scan.
