  1. Hi guys, I'm having an issue with monitor number 3 right now. I want my 3rd monitor on the left (as it shows in the windows settings) but my mouse won't go left from 1 to 3, but it will only go right from 2 to 3. I'm not sure why this is happening. Any ideas?
  2. Alright thanks. I guess I'll just leave the USB C then. Those motherboards are out of my price range, and I'll be fine not using the Type C for a cheaper motherboard.
  3. So I'm guessing the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A's should still work?
  4. So I've ordered my NZXT H1, and I am going to pair it with an B450I-GAMING-PLUS-AC. So for this new build, the front panel connectors are USB 3.2 Gen 2 but on the motherboard manual it states: 1x USB 3.1 Gen1 connectors (support additional 2 USB 3.1 Gen1 ports). So if I start this build with this motherboard will I be able to use the front panel connectors or not? I've included a diagram of the type of connectors that are on the case.
  5. I found a fix that works with Fortnite, just follow these steps for your other game(s) and hopefully it should fix for you. Navigate to the Easy AntiCheat folder in your Fortnite install directory. Locate EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe. Double-click the file. Click the install Easy AntiCheat button. Start the Epic Games launcher and Fortnite.
  6. Does anyone know if when you convert a 16:9 aspect ratio video (that was upscaled) back down to 4:3 (it's native aspect ratio), will any of the video be cut out by the upscaling or only stretched and if so, will it squeeze back into normal as if it was never altered? I want to use an elgato game capture to record some old VHS tapes by getting a AV to HDMI upscaler, but the elgato apparently streches the 4:3 aspect ratio into a 16:9 aspect ratio. If I use some editing software to render the video back into 4:3, it should look normal?
  7. I've got one myself and never had a problem. He just wanted a cheap option that makes his PC boot faster. I'm very happy with the performance over the price of this thing.
  8. It's in slot 1 so that would make sense. Thanks for letting me know. I'll let him know to give it a shot.
  9. Hi, my friend just got a Western Digital Green m.2 ssd for his PC, and it is not showing up in the bios. He has a MSI X570 A-Pro. Anyone know what the problem could be? He can't find anywhere to enable M.2 on his bios either (MSI click bios 5). Thanks!
  10. Glad to hear your problem fixed. I managed to fix mine on the same day, and my issues way also cooler related. It seemed that my CPU cooler was too tight on the CPU (which seemed strange to me because I didn't ridiculously overtighten it). But loosening off the cooler a slight bit seemed to fix it. Although my temps aren't really that great (they get around 70 - 80 degrees celcius whilst gaming!) but it should be fine, if it ever goes over 85 thats when I get a AIO cooler. But strangely when I boot my PC I have to spam a key on the keyboard then it boots. If I just leave it without spamming a key it won't boot properly. I've just chosen to ignore it and spam the keyboard. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
  11. What's this long standoff in the case? Should I take it out?
  12. Yeah I did. I'm resetting the CMOS now and then I'm going to install Bios v19. I'll also reseat my CPU power cable.
  13. Help please! I just built my pc which has a MSI b450 gaming plus, with a ryzen 3600. And it won't post. I've used the bios usb flashback feature, I downloaded the most recent bios update, put it on the usb, renamed the file to MSI.ROM updated the mobo, put everything in my PC and it won't post. Fans are spinning and lights are on. So is the CPU ez debug light.
  14. Tomorrow, My Motherboard, which is the MSI B450 Gaming Plus arrives tomorrow, as does my Ryzen 5 3600. I know you have to update the bios, and with the motherboard I bought you can use a USB to update the bios. On the support page for the motherboard, there are various ones for support for Ryzen 3000 and a newer one that doesn't say support. Which bios should I download for my motherboard? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-GAMING-PLUS#down-bios
