Just about every time i plug in my headphones into the aux out on the front of my case, a small static discharge goes off and my pc restarts! This also happens when i plug in a usb. I looked to see if the wiring connecting into the motherboard, and it was all right, and im not sure how to check if my outlet is grounded.
