Well, you are spending lots of money on this monster, but you don't need a better and faster SSD. Come on man, the PSU is 1000 freakin WATTS. Why this, then? Don't you want a dream-build? Then buy a pcie ssd if money is not a problem (coz it seems so!)

Not a file explorer but you can use Clover 3. It adds tabs to win explorer. -

always buy new generations. Intel's 6th gen Skylake i5-6500 and DDR4. if they cost the same, then buy the better one. -

absolutely second one. it's 6th gen. also you should consider buying a ddr4 ram instead of ddr3. ALSO if you want to play games, you will need a gpu I suppose ^^ -

They are almost same, actually. Both from Microsoft. Bob Tabor's C# Fundamentals course is awesome. Also there is UWP Development courses from Jerry Nixon and Andy Wigley. They are really good.
