That's a pretty solid build. I would say unless your having any specific issues (really long load times, heat issues, et cetera) the most obvious upgrade would be a cpu upgrade (GPUs are flat out too expensive right now especially because the one you have is pretty decent).
 
That said, what kind of monitor are you using. An upgrade to a 1440p 144hz monitor may be a much better investment then any other kind right now. If your monitor is 1080p 60hz then it's definetely your biggest weakpoint.

reset your apple id password? Do you still have access to your apple id account?

slow old hard drive maybe? do you have an ssd or are you still running of only a hard drive. If you are running of only a hard drive how old is it

If you replace the 1070 for 1660ti in this build then it is now in his budget range so thats good

Well im pretty sure its actually being produced by lian li thereby it probably actually has pretty good build quality. Personally im not to big of a fan of razer and would prefer a different case (you can get tempered glass cases with rgb for cheaper) but if thats what you like than go for it man

Depends on where you are and your budget. 
Why not build yourself? 

Dont get ECC ram, get either a ryzen 1600 or 1400 depending on budget, with this get a b350/x370 chipset board, and also some ~3000Mhz ram

You cannot sli 1060... Sorry. And its always GTX 1080 Ti

Xeons are designed for that purpose and the prices are less rapey than the i9.

Although i definitely like luke as a host, i think what hes doing for floatplane is important and i understand that it takes up most of his time so he does not have that much time to host videos.

Just buy another pair of 2x8GB of 2800MHz ram, or even faster if it is close enough to that price (+/- $5 or so possibly)

yes, the key will only work with the windows 10 home install

you could always use google voice, also why would you buy a phone without a sim card

I'd say more, these things can run hot so line method might work better than pea method

I personally reccomend buying a cheap sub 20 dollar headset if your not going Hi-Fi but if you really must go expensive then i'de Kraken Pro v2
