Don't get a headset, get a pair of headphones and a modmic instead, it will be significantly better than any headset out there.

The pentium is great for very low budget builds where every penny you can spare to use in the gpu is awesome. g3258 + R9 270 are the ultimate budget gaming solution. However it only really makes sense if you keep the stock cooler and overclock it to 4.5ghz or so. It's not an end all be all solution, but for pure gaming it is enough if your budget is super tight. Pairing it with a 970 wouldn't make sense.

Fan design is also a factor here. A Corsair AF fan is designed with thinner blades and will move more air, but an SP (Static Pressure) fan is designed to go through obstacles like Radiators without waisted air coming back through the fins. Getting at least one SP fan on there will help if you don't have one already let alone a push/ pull setup. Although push/pull have only shown to help by a few degrees. Saving space is nice too.

Modern demanding AAA open world games mainly: Assassin's creed unity, FarCry4, call of duty advanced warfare, dragon age:inquisition, watchdogs, crysis 3, dead rising 3...that kind of games don't like to be ran on a dual-core CPU...too intensive. Some of these will still be playable on lowish setting though, but farcry4, dragon age inquisition and CoD AW flatout refuse launch, the others will launch but you get far from an optimal gaming experience...but with a 750ti it's alright and it gives options for an upgrade path which is excellent.
I'd suggest looking for an R9 270 GPU instead of a 750ti....more performance for around the same price.
also, from my testing the i3-4150 is a much better CPU for gaming and it can be found around 100$ if you shop a bit...pair that with the cheapest H97 board.

I just put some of noctuas grey redux fans on my h110. 1200rpm, not to bad looking and not very loud and they do a good job. I keep them around 40% and I actually have seen a little decrease in usual temps since replacing the stock corsair fans. Stock fans were always running at 5v or 40%. Bought them on sale for $13, not bad for noctuas and 140mm SP fans in general.
