  1. Hi everyone, I'm a guy who plays on both PC and Xbox One, but decided to get ME Andromeda to play on my gaming laptop so it would look as good as I can get it. Trouble is, all my friends play on Xbox, so I'm kinda left up a creek in terms of friends on PC/Origin client that I can play the multiplayer component with. I'd love to find some fun people to play with and maybe branch out into some other more social PC games! My screenname is OSU rocker on Origin, send me a friend request and message there if interested in teaming up for some co-op play!
  2. the asus one has tax on it, and is about $1830, the MSI one has no tax and is about $1800
  3. Hi everyone, I'm currently looking at buying a gaming laptop and have two options atm. Either a 4gb gtx 980m model from ASUS G752-RH71 (which I prefer everything about aesthetically) or an MSI GT72 that ibuypower is running a great deal on that has a 8gb GTX 980m. is the 8gb card overkill? Both laptops are about the same price when tax is factored into the ASUS model.
  4. are you sure it's only 10% performance? I've not seen a benchmark for them showing that
  5. Anyone got any other brand of gaming laptop they'd recommend besides ASUS ROG? I have an older gen one atm, and I love it to death. I'm not a fan of Alienware's stuff tbh
  6. That was exactly what I was thinking! but the part of my brain wanting a 980m is screaming splurge! lol
  7. Yes thank you WKDPaul, I just submitted a report on myself to get it moved over
  8. Yeah the 980m version is about $500 more partly due to the better GPU and more motherboard RAM. a bit ridiculous tbh, if anyone knows of a better 980m laptop let me know!
  9. Hi guys, I just was wondering, excluding price as an issue, for a gaming laptop I'm currently looking at buying an ASUS ROG G752 laptop. However, I cannot decipher whether it would be better for me to splurge on the GTX 980m version that is a 4GB card, or go a little cheaper and get one that has a GTX 970m with 6GB VRAM. Anyone know which is better from an effective longevity/performance standard??? Help would be greatly appreciated!
