    Noctua NF-A14 PWM 140mm Blæser - 140 x 140 x 25 mm, 300~1500 RPM,
the operating range is between 300-1500 and is set via PWN. all low noise fans are running slower, but are still moving alot of air.
if you need more airfow yes you can raise it but at 35c your system is more than fine.

if the PWM% is the same, then yes

You could test, but ideally both should go faster.

Get the 140mm. It makes a lower pitched noise even at the same decibels as a 120mm so it sounds a lot less bad. Pushes more air too.

GTX 750 Ti does not support HDMI 2.0, it is HDMI 1.4. The maximum is 4K 60 Hz 4:2:0, or 4K 30 Hz 4:4:4.

They both do different things. nVidia will be audio over HDMI from you GPU. Realtek will be for the audio ports on your mobo. So install both.

I was hoping someone "knew" rather than "assume" it is bad, but I guess the very reason nobody really knows about it is because it really is pretty unknown and subpar, haha.
Alright then, a new PSU it is. I'll link this to my friend. Thanks guys.

the fan can't really damage your cpu, so "IT IS FINE!"

Coolers put quite a lot of pressure on the CPU. Touching that lightly isn't going to damage anything. I wouldn't advise stopping a fan when it's running, though. It can damage the motor and bearings.

The bracket that holds the CPU puts a good bit of force on it so unless you pushed down the fan by hitting it with a hammer and chisel a few times then you're fine.

the mounting pressure wouldn't cause any kind of noise. i bet its from the CPU cooler's fan touching the heatsink. check that.

then i reread it later and found out it's just a socket... haha
