Is it possible to use G.SKILL Ripjaws V (2133) on a X470 motherboard and overclock it to 3200?

It is a big difference for sure... I'm not sure If I can overclock my ram because when I try to overclock it doesn't let me probably because of the cpu that I have now (i5-6500) and I don't know if the ram that I have can be overclocked.

For the 390 will need another PSU instead of Corsair 550W Modular CS-M?

390 is better for higher resolutions and I only have one monitor(1080p) and I'm not thinking about buying another one soon. Yea i tought about the 390 for the new stuff too.
