  1. Thanks. Yeah, I am thinking about getting the 2TB version cuz I need the space. Is it a bad idea to get one with more storage? I read that it might get sluggish.
  2. Well the only reason I am considering the NVME ones is cuz the SATA counterpart aka Samsung 870 EVO is more expensive and also slower. I was thinking about putting the new larger NVME in the faster (x4) slot and moving the smaller one to the slower (x2) one.
  3. Hello, I am running a 10 year old HDD and I want more storage. My windows is running on a 240GB A-Data XPG GAMMIX S11. I wanna get a bigger SSD. I am not very familiar as to how the connectivity works - I read that it uses a SATA bus. I was looking at Samsung 970 EVO Plus but I don't know if my motherboard won't bottleneck the WR speed. As I understand it, one of my M.2 uses the PCIe bus: 1 Ultra M.2 (PCIe Gen3 x4), 1 M.2 (PCIe Gen3 x2 & SATA3). If you would suggest any other SSDs that would be helpful too.
  4. The pc is fine and running now. It's just showing half of the available ram as usable I'm windows 10. It's the HDD and windows I used on my old rig. Removed paging and changed the boot setting but nothing changed.
  5. Seasonic something something.. But its not that! As I said, it smoked with two different psus and I've been using the seasonic for over an year with no issue. Seems its just a cheap Chinese led fan!
  6. The problem is Idk if I can take out the psu since it was super hard to put it in the psu box. otherwise I'd return it right away.
  7. So I got a brand new pc, put it together myself, it seemed ti be working properly. I then decided to plug in the fan that came with the case (led red). Once I started the pc it started smoking. As I am not very confident in my building skills I thought I shorted something. Then I tried to smell where the burning was coming from. Seemed like it's the fan. I quickly plugged it to an old psu that I don't need and boom - smoke and a sound of fire started coming out of the case. I was wondering if the fan is that bad can the case hide any other dangers for my parts? It is a 25 bucks case. Would it be safe using it without the fan or should I just return it?
  8. Yeah left a slot open and it worked. Guess both can't be on the same channel.
  9. GPU works, tried it past night. Ram A1 and A2
  10. I just put on RAM, cpu and GPU and the system doesn't post. When I start it it runs for 15-20 seconds and then restarts. I thought its just an initial post procedure but I waited 15 mins of it doing that and I still didn't get a post. Any ideas?
  11. I guess I could order switches to test them
  12. They are only sold in online stores Well I never had a mechanical keyboard but the blue ones are clicky. The purple ones have like a muted click. That's why I'm leaning towards the Kala. I'm also a huge fan of braided cables. Never had a keyboard with macros so I'm not really sure if the ones on the Yama will have much of a use for me.

  14. Hey guys. I've been trying to pick between those two keyboards for a week now. Yama has purple outemu switches, USB passthrough, macros and removable wrist rest. The kala has blue outemu switches and braided cable. It's wrist rest is small and not removable. Kala also includes 8 extra blue switches. Which one would you pick?
  15. Hello guys. I have been trying to choose between two keyboards - Redragon Kala or Redragon Yama. Any thoughts on that?
